Kevin,
There seems to be evidence that elevating T and GH can improve muscle mass, decrease body fat and forestall some of the effects of aging.
Many of us in this forum want to stay at fit, strong and as youthful as possible without the well-documented and nasty consequences associated with using exogenous T, GH or anabolic steriods.
My point with this thread was to stimulate a discussion on the best "natural" ways to accomplish this.
Sincerely,

like you have a training goal in mind, and somewhere got the idea that
elevated T and GH will help with that goal. So, now you are trying to
figure out all the behaviors and training techniques to raise T and
GH. Wouldn't it be better to just keep your eye on the ball and
forget about T and GH? I suggest sticking to the simpler question of
what behaviors and training techniques are most effective for
achieving your training goal.
