What are the best ways to naturally elevate your own body's production of T and GH?
- Diets
- Workouts - what type, volume, duration, intensity, frequency?
- Non Drug supplements (including amino acid combinations)
- Sleep - how many hours are best?
- Sex (not to offend anyone, but I believe that sex frequency can impact T and GH)
- sunlight exposure-
- anything else?
