[Supertraining] Re: Deadlift to Stiff-Legged Deadlift Ratio? Chin-ups

Tuesday, 8 January 2008      0 comments

I have read similiar results for the Row/Pull-up/Chin-up ~85% of
bench.

My pull-up/chin-up strength has consistently been significantly
higher than my bench strength which is inverted to these guidelines.

I would be curious if anyone could comment on my situation.
