Ruth, the reason you perceive animosity directed towards you is that
you don't believe what we are saying about love-shyness. You don't
GET IT. This reaction is not uncommon for women, and this response is
not uncommon for professionals because love-shyness does not fit into
a standard category. Shyness/slightly-abnormal-sexuality/phobia...
How do you classify it?

Another reason is that you are presenting the standard response we
always get from professionals, and this is the one place we can
usually go to escape from that attitude.

Thirdly, this is a very intimate discussion group. We discuss
extremely embarrassing and extremely personal details of our lives.
Yet you disclose nothing about yourself even when directly asked. Did
the men you mention have difficulty getting married?
