I am sorry that you are feeling this way. I had this experience before and I know it is not easy, as what others say, to "snap out of it".
It takes a great deal of discipline to change your thinking.
Here is my tips:
Keep telling yourself that we all make mistakes, and it is the mistakes that made us all humane. I mean, we are not perfect androids afterall! (Read "The Stepford Wives" and see how scary it may seems when showing people's attempts to pursue perfectionism)
Read a lot of good books, it keeps mind off the things. It may look like a simple hobby to pick up, but in fact it is not. With thousands of thoughts running around in your mind, it is hard to fix your eyes to the text and understand. When that happens, tell yourself that you deserve that period of time to read, and then you concentrate.
Always do something good, a small gesture goes a long way for the doer, even though the effect may be lost upon the beneficiary. For example, helping an old lady to cross the road, chatting with people in emotional trouble, offering help to students who are suffering from exam stress, meeting up friends etc.
You have to tell yourself that you can't change what people think of you, but you can change what you can think of yourself. Like the old Chinese proverb says, a thousand mile journey begins with a single step. All things starts from within (yourself)
All things start simple. Even a most complex theory is derived from simple concepts. A vast ocean is made up of water, every matter is built upon atoms. Adopt an open mind and learn.

Hi........
I wonder if someone can give some advice or some tips for me.
I have problem here. many times in my life i feel i'm useless.
If someone critisise me, i feel i'm useless, i can't do anything right, i can't focus to all the good things i have done.
if i do something nice, i think that doesn't mean anything, it doesn't worth anything
but if i do something wrong, i will feel i'm the most useless person in the world
i always see bad thing that inside me.
i always want to be someone else
i know it's not right, i know it only hurt my self
but, i don't know what to do!
Sometimes i feel very angry to my self, because i let this feeling come
but i really don't know how to deal with it.
