I agree that you aren't doing anything wrong. Most babies hate
tummy time....my son did until about 8 months when he started
sleeping on his tummy! Realize tummy time can be holding her
or "airplane" or other things. It doesn't mean just being on their
tummy on the floor. My son could roll from tummy to back around 4
months then around 6 months he rolled back to tummy 2 or 3 times and
then it wasn't until about 8 months that he was rolling all the
time. Some babies never crawl (and supposedly its not a milestone
anymore). Also, my son couldn't get from laying to sitting until
right around a year. And the interesting thing is that he went from
not being able to do it to doing it with ease almost immediately.
My point is every baby is so different and as parents we just try
our best to help them along. So back to tummy time, just keep
helping her to do it even if it is a minute or two increase a day,
