Kefir is a fermented dairy product...much like yogurt but higher in
probiotics. I put it in smoothies so even my kids will drink it. The
very idea of fermented food grosses them out.
Another good internal tonic is 1T lemon juice, 1 T Blackstrap
molasses, as much cayenne pepper as you can comfortably take in about
8 oz of water. Three times a day should help clear you up. It also
increases metabolism and energy. Another great benefit is it helps
keep me warm during the winter. I can actually turn down the furnace
when I'm taking this regularly...
always hot and I am always cold.
