yea...
a few years ago i was on omega 3 for arthritis and while they had some
minimal benefit my skin wasn't one of them.
for the most part i have a largely vegetarian diet with little fats in
general...mostly carb and veges....
there was a time where i tested an increase in fish in the diet and no
change there either...fish every night for 3 months...
i've just learnt to live with it as such...i scourer every second day
and this has kept me looking young apparently :)
are there any other fatty sources that may be worth a try?
