You might like to contact Dr Vladimir Stefanishin regarding this
topic. His website is: http://www.proself.com. Below is one of his
old post to the group. Dr Stefanishin techniques involve a number of
screening processes to determine whether or not one would be a
suitable candidate. To see if you have the balls;)

Dr Stefanishin:

A few days ago, I dealt with a case that, in my opinion, can be
considered as another proof of testicle hormonal activation by mental
regimes to generate more physical power, refresh themselves, and,
maybe, something else.

I have been experimenting with so called "testosterone activation"
through my mental technique, known as "Progressive Self-Regulation",
since February 2001. I posted my first message about that here 2
years ago.

Unfortunately, I didn't save all the data, because it wasn't
scientific
research but still have some of them. The purpose of training was
just to show the guys that we really could increase physical power
mentally in a short period of time. So, please consider what is
written
below as empirical data.

The procedure was as follows:

1. Mastering the skill, which allows for activating testosterone. It
took about 30-40 minutes.

2. Doing push-ups as many times as possible without telling the guys
what we were going to do after that.

3. Applying the new skill in testosterone activation to remove
tiredness, sore, exhaustion. It took 2-4 minutes. During this stage, I
usually helped them to do that.

4. Doing push-ups again as many times as possible.

5. Mentally removing tiredness and exhaustion and getting more
physical
power again. 2-4 minutes.

6. Doing push-ups again. (Only in one case, we did 4 attempts).

The results were as follows (successive sets of push-ups):

Also, I twice applied squatting holds to failure with the back
against against
a wall. I did that only with two subjects.

1st attempt 2nd attempt after 2-4 min

Rob 2 min 23 sec 3 min 53 sec
Ben 2 min 42 sec 7 min 28 sec

At the end of the second attempt, Ben's pulse was 106. After
refreshing, the heart rate dropped to 59 beats in 6 minutes.
Normally, his pulse rate was 64-66 beats that day.

There were other effects caused by applying this mental skill
reported later by the guys. I personally didn't observe that. For
example, one of these guys, 18-year-old student who used steroids
before my training, reported about gaining muscle mass in 28 pounds
in one and a half of a month only through this mental skill.

They also experienced similar subjective sensations in their
testicles –
tingling, itching, warmth. Some of them, experienced aggressiveness,
warmth spreading from their testicles over the entire body just in
30-60 seconds.

While training in this skill, I applied sometimes arm- and leg
wrestling, a hand dynamometer to show a guy a significant
improvement in physical performance.

A few days ago I got another proof that, in my opinion, can be
considered as testicular hormonal activation through the mind.

On Tuesday, I was training one basketball player with whom I have
been working since January once a week. We have been working on
improving various skills for this sport. On Tuesday, we were working
on shooting from the middle line of the basketball court and one
meter behind this line, quickness, and jumping. The session was very
intensive and lasted about 80 minutes.

We applied testosterone activation maybe 6 or 7 times to get strong
shootings from the spots behind the middle line. After that, we went
to gym to do triceps dips. At the very beginning, he made 10
dips "without his mind". After being completely refreshed in three
or four minutes, he made 17 dips. After being refreshed again and
getting more physical power in 3 minutes, he executed16 dips.

On Thursday, he told me that on Tuesday night after having sex, in
five or seven minutes after that, he started experiencing sore in
his testicles. On Wednesday, the soreness spread to his lower back and
leg. He removed the sensations to some extent, but not completely. On
Thursday, the painful sensations decreased significantly but still
not completely. On Friday, all discomfort was gone, and he was in a
great shape, as he told me by phone.

In this connection, I recalled another case. While training one guy
in this skill and measuring his muscle power by a hand dynamometer,
he started experiencing painful sensations in the muscles around his
nipples. Interestingly, that he got these sensations after squeezing
the dynamometer beyond its scale, about 36-38 psi (the scale has
maximum 30 psi). Before applying the testosterone activation, he
showed 20 psi, after that 24, and the last time was beyond the
scale.
